Tom Williams

Tom has been in the Retail Private Client area of the industry since 1995 when he began his career as an Investment Advisor at Midland Walwyn (which later became Merrill Lynch). After 9 years as an IA and various Regional Sales Management roles, his client experience led to being promoted to non-producing Branch Manager of CIBC’s flagship branch, the Bay Street location. He transitioned to the position of Executive Director, National Sales Manager for CIBC Asset Management for 3 years before returning to the private client side of the business with CIBC Wood Gundy. Before joining Raymond James, Tom held the position of Division Director, Regional Manager of Eastern Canada for Macquarie Private Wealth which then became RichardsonGMP. Within these roles he continued to establish himself as being focused on development and growth to support the advisor and client experience.
